Plan Management Agency
You can email your approved invoices to us by email: account@arenaofability.com.au or mail it to our mailing address
We process and pay approved invoices within three (3) business days.
You will need to complete the reimbursement form with the original tax receipt from your provider. We can only reimburse payments that are funded in your plan.
You can view your NDIS plan budget and spending through the NDIS portal, your monthly plan management statement from us, or via our careview advantage app on your phone.
You will need to cancel your service agreement with your current provider by providing them with a cancellation notice based on your service agreement with them.
